It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Carter of Emmetsburg, Iowa, born in Arnolds Park, Iowa, who passed away on November 23, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Heick and Delma Heick (Ulrich); her son Todd Carter; her grandson Adam Carter; her sister Jeanne (Hanby); her siblings-in-law, Henry Hanby (Hugh Moon), Barbara Heick and Gloria Heick; and her sons-in-law, Phil Wellik and Mark Baier.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Ross Carter; her children, Bruce Carter (Faith), Ann Baier and Jane Palmer (Brian); and her siblings, Charles, James Heick and Judy Moon. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Family would appreciate memorials to be in her memory to Hospice of Palo Alto County.
