He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Rouse and Frieda Rouse; and his brother Denny Rouse. He is survived by: his girlfriend Coletta Grafe of Emmetsburg, Iowa; his daughters, Jana Steen (Tom) of Emmetsburg and Lisa Siebrecht (Dale) of Curlew, Iowa; his granddaughter Tricia Smith (Noah); his great grandchildren, Ella and Max; his grandson Grant Steen (Rebekah); his great grandchild Levi; his granddaughter Leah Sexton (Mark); his great grandchildren, Camryn and Terry; and his siblings, David Rouse, Virginia Tate, Julie Egland and Janet Finnegan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Palo Alto County Hospice.
