He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Devilla Sr. and Vergene Bailey (Lewis); and his sister Myrna Heimbuck (Ivan). He is survived by: his wife Dixie; his child Jennifer Hemann (Justin); his grandchildren, Avery, Asher, Ellasyn of Mantorville, Patrick Bailey (Sarah), Jozy of Forest City, Ryan Bailey of Bellevue and Janelle Bailey of Bellevue; and his sister Wanda Wedgewood (Ralph) of Salina.
