She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Hauenstein and Ruth Hauenstein (Batt); her husband Ray Homer Lowman; her daughters, Suzanne and Vicki; her son-in-law Keith Truog; her sister Darlene Johnson; and her foster daughter Judy Boyken.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lowman (Carolyn) of Emmetsburg, Conni Sweers (John) of Wesley and Lori Brown (Tom) of Graettinger, Iowa; her foster son Danny Roland of Madrid, Iowa; and her siblings, Russ Hauenstein (Glo) of Texas and Joyce Muller of Emmetsburg, Iowa. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty six great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
