He is survived by: his wife Donna Hughes; his children, Nancy Lindgren of Stanton, Iowa, Jill Schany (B. J.) of Emmetsburg, Iowa and Scott (Heather) of Emmetsburg, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jake Lindgren (Sadie), Sam Lindgren of Stanton, Will Schany, Nick Schany, Bradley, Matt, Justin, Ryan Wirtz and Abbie Schany of Emmetsburg, Iowa; his sister Jane; and his siblings-in-law, John Hartman of Cedar Falls, Iowa and Eileen Wirtz of Carroll, Iowa..
