She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrl Samuel and Mary Noretta Beaver (Jorgenson); her husband James "Jim" Myers; her children-in-law, Marsha Myers, Kendra Myers and Bob Witzke; her siblings, Leonard Beaver, Don Beaver (Nonda), Dale Beaver (Carrie), Robert Beaver and Mary Shackelford (Marvin); her siblings-in-law, Bud Jevyak and Gloria Beaver; her nephew Randy Beaver; and her great grandchild Brynn Arnold.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Myers of Falcon Heights, MN, Kathy Witzke of Newell, IA, Pat Block (Steve) of Yankton, SD, John Myers (Connie) of Jackson, MN, Judy Janssen (Melvin) of Emmetsburg, IA, Dan Myers (Sandy) of Algona, IA, Gary Myers (Kami Dyer) of Estherville, IA, Richard Myers (Yara DeGues) of Balsas, Connie Chapman (Paul) of Milford, IA, Karen Marcotte (Dave) of Estherville, IA and Paul Myers (Tracey Henderson) of Emmetsburg, IA; and her siblings, George Beaver of Baldwin, WI and Nancy Jevyak of Norwalk, CA. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and 7 step-great-grandchildren.
She was a lector and was known for her donations of food and pies for many church events.
