He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Clark and Betty Neet Clark (Tielber); and his son Kent. He is survived by: his wife Bernadine Henkins of Emmetsburg, Iowa; his grandchildren, Braxton Clark, Jocelyn Wells, Cassidy Clark and Carson Clark; his great grandchildren, Kaleb Zurmley, Ryder Clark, Brynn Herrig, Chandler Clark, Fairis Herrig, Talon McDonald and Maveric Stade; and his brother Larry Clark (Shirley) of Spencer, Iowa. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
