She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolf Lenz and Florentina Richter; her husband James "Jim" Chapman; her son Thomas Chapman; her son-in-law Thomas LeVake; and her brothers, Carl, Eddie, Ernie, Fred and Wally.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Chapman of Milford, Chris LeVake of Loveland and Ann Putnam (Bob) of Columbia; her daughter-in-law Cindy Chapman of Lincoln, Nebraska; and her brother Paul Dietrich of Emmetsburg, Iowa.
