He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest J. Krough and Lena E. Krough (Petticord); his stepmothers, Ann Krough and Vida Krough; and his sister Lois Krough.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Ziegler; his daughter Dena Bierstedt (Brian) of Norwalk, Iowa; his grandchildren, Kaleb and Kendal Bierstedt; and his siblings, Lynn Voigt (Charles) of Altoona, Lori Krough (Barb) of Newcastle, Oklahoma, Steve Krough, Susan Shellabarger (Jay), Tom Krough (Ginny), Richard Krough, Beverly Carstensen, Rosemary Culberton and Dan Ziegler (Betty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as many other relatives and friends.
