He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Campbell and Estella Campbell (Hardick). He is survived by: his wife Janis; his daughter Kim of Emmetsburg, IA; his grandchildren, BriAna (Alec) of Lincoln, NE and Phoenix of Spirit Lake, IA; and his brother Craig (Connie) of Lead. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
