He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold VanPelt and Violet VanPelt; his brother Arnold VanPelt; and his great-niece Brianna VanPelt. He is survived by: his sisters, Cindy Axtell (Jerry) of Havelock and Debra Benton (Franklin) of Walterboro. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
