He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Prentice and Iona Prentice; and his siblings, Dolores (Sis), Dorothy, Glenn (Buzz), Dean, Lee and Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Susan (Sweeney); his children, Warren Prentice (Sheryl), Angela Mooney (Jim) and Matt Prentice (Judi); his grandchildren, Elise George (Taggert), Rachel Mooney, Dylan Mooney, Arden Prentice and John Prentice; his great grandchild Augustus George; and his siblings, Vern Prentice, Mary Prentice, Carol Hoch, Jean Thilges and Christa Christensen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
