He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Beatty and Marion Beatty; and his sister Judy Sibley. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Beatty (Barry) of Emmetsburg; his children, Anthony Scott Beatty (Ana L. Peña) of San Antonio, Ali Marie Beatty of Phoenix, Aimee Elizabeth Beatty (Bradley Bryan) of Paige Texas and Andrew William Beatty of Emmetsburg; his granddaughters, Beatriz Ray Beatty, Olivia Grace Beatty and Sylvie Carolina Beatty; and his sisters, Barbara Beatty, Beth Herke, Nancy Beatty and Cassie Beatty.
