He is survived by: his children, Cathleen Bruce (Matt) of Emerson, IA, Christopher Douglas (Lynda) of Bedford, TX, William Douglas II (Gena) of Red Oak, IA and Bob Douglas (Ellen) of Elkhorn, NE; his granddaughters, Jessica "Floy" Ripplinger (Andrew) of Malvern, IA and Sara Gale Bruce of Red Oak, IA; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Mae, Renae Christine, Madison Kate and Camryn Elizabeth Ripplinger; and his sister-in-law Christine Durbin of Independence, MO. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
