With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Elisabeth Fekete of Emerson, Iowa, who passed away on January 15, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Josef and Anna Gandorfer (Herold); her husband Nicholas Fekete; her brothers, Erwin and Josef; her son-in-law Bob Houtchens; and her great grandchildren, Ashley Fekete and Jessica Houtchens.
She is survived by: her children, Elisabeth Houtchens of Emerson, IA and Steven Fekete (Linda) of Indianapolis, IN; and her sister Inge Schmidhuber of Munich, Germany. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren.
