He was predeceased by : his parents, Allen Nelson and Rita Nelson (Nebel). He is survived by : his daughter Allyson Knopf (Dylan) of Hanlontown; his siblings, Sherry Schultz and Scott Nelson (Sandra) of Cedar Rapids; his nephews, Wes, Josh Schultz and Jack Nelson; and his wife Jennifer Dettman.
