He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Katie" Bush; his sisters, Marie Miller of Ely and Bette Ann Spencer of Casper, Wyoming; his sister-in-law Rose Miller of Cedar Rapids; and his brothers, Donald R. and Richard P. Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
