With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole J. Ford (Ely, Iowa), born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on February 8, 2019 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sixta and Charlotte Sixta (Deal); and her granddaughter Coral Deal. She is survived by: her husband Blake; her children, Heather Deal (John), Nick Bundy (Kasey Moomey) and Amy Clinton (Cody); her grandchildren, Jordan Leach, Kayla Deal, Ellis Gongwer and Stella Clinton; and her siblings, Judi Peppler (Rueben) and Bob Sixta (Helen Monsees). She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family, or Unity Point Hospital Womens and Childrens Cuddle Program.
