She is survived by: her husband David Carmody of Ely, Iowa; her daughter Teresa (Brian Critz) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her grandson Michael Critz of Morris, Oklahoma.; her stepchildren, Craig (Brenda Renee Carmody) and Suellen (Jeff Munzer); and her grandchildren, Olivia and Carson.
