With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iola Demoss of Elwood, Iowa, born in Welton, Iowa, who passed away on December 29, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Schwien and Esther Schwien (Dieckmann); her son Jason; and her brother Everett Schwien. She is survived by: her former husband Frederick D. DeMoss; her husband Fred; her children, Michael DeMoss (Melody) of Maquoketa, Michele DeMoss (Bruce Dague) of Maquoketa, Steven DeMoss (Ellie), James DeMoss (Lori), Delmar, Sharon Green (Matt), Miles, Delbert DeMoss (Beth), Welton, Daniel DeMoss (Karen) and Preston; and her sisters, Elvera Rheuport and Iva Clark (Danny). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
