He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clarence and Opal Merle Kleckner (Torney); his brothers, Richard and Lowell Kleckner; his siblings-in-law, Leone Duryee, Leah Kleckner and Loren Duryee; and his son-in-law Larry Pendarvis.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Mae Kesten; his daughters, Debbie Kleckner-Chamarty (Murty) of Eden Prairie, MN and Kathy Tomlinson (Carl) of Brooklyn; his grandchild Jarrod Tomlinson (Amanda); his daughter Sherri Weis (Bruce) of Stacyville; his grandchildren, Matthew (Jill), Michael (Rachel) and Nicole Feller (Jordan); his daughter Kim Pendarvis of Brooklyn; his brother Gordon Kleckner (LaRae) of Riceville; and his sister-in-law Sharen Kleckner of Denison. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
