He is survived by: his former wife Bernadette Smith; his wife Bernadette "Bernie" of Elma, Iowa; his children, Mark Voves of Elma, Jordan, Ashley and Pam Carroll (David) of Cresco; his granddaughter Erica Sajdak (Kris); his great grandchildren, Addyson, Ellie, Will, Kala Trojan (Denver) and Therese Tolliver (Galen) of Norwalk; his brother Velmer Voves (Maxine) of Woodbury; and also, Teagan, Alyssa Coughennower (Justyn), Eli, Mia, Trever Tolliver, Bob Voves (Lisa) of Cedar Falls, Ryan, Austin (Jordan), Dylan, Curt Voves (Deb) of Cedar Rapids, Trey, Tyler, Haley, Cindy Butikofer (Aaron) of Cresco, Cole, Kyra, Carver and Colleen Voves of Cresco, Iowa.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
