With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Block of Elma, Iowa, born in Cresco, Iowa, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Block and Hannah Block (Renz); his wife Vickie Block (Hellickson); and his brother Paul Block. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Miki Runde (Randy) of Riceville, IA and Jason Hofner (Lacy) of Warrens, WI.; his niece Marsha Lines; and his nephew Paul Block Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers the family prefers memorial to St Peters Lutheran Church in Elma, IA.
