Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mary Lee Geerts (Elma, Iowa), born in New Hampton, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 77, on November 25, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Hoffman and Leo Hoffman; her son Roger Joseph; her parents-in-law, Paul and Helen Geerts; and her aunts and uncles, Virgil, Mary Hilsman, LaVerne, Kathleen "Shorty" Hilsman, Hank, Joe, Emma, Lucy (Linkemyer), Frank and Jack Hoffman.
She is survived by: her husband LeRoy; her children, Lisa Geerts, Lori Geerts-Lyman (Randy) of Los Angeles and Larry Geerts (Flor); her grandson Lucas of Waverly, IA.; her stepgrandchildren, Melissa, Nicole Muche, Kari Scoggins and Tobi Miller; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Karla and Teddy Miller. She is also survived by her husband and children, as well as caretaking her parents and close aunts and uncles.
