He is survived by: his parents, William Chihak and Catherine Chihak (McGrane) of Lourdes, IA.; his brothers, Kevin of Scottsdale, AZ, Steve (Melanie) of Moorhead, MN and Mike (Amy) of Norwalk, IA; and his nieces and nephews, Christian, Kaitlyn, Natalie, Declan and Callan.
