He is survived by: his mother Ethel Steven (Lampe) of New Hampton, IA; his wife Patty Steven (Dettmer) of Elma, IA; his son Jarad Steven of Elma; and his siblings, Gary Steven (Linda) of New Hampton, Ron Steven (Lana) of Sante Fe, NM, Russell Steven (Lisa) of Ely, IA, Craig Steven (Shilo) of Peosta, IA, Sheryl McLaughlin of Fredericksburg, IA, Laurie Sorensen (Ted) of New Hampton, IA and Cindy Siemers (Jack) of Waverly, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
