He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Palmersheim and Delberta Palmersheim (Joerger). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane of Elma, Iowa; his children, Brian Palmersheim (Andrea) of Iowa City, Nick Palmersheim of Newton and Suzy Werimont (David) of Byron, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Addison, Anna, Molly, Kaleb and Daniel; and his siblings, Deann Webb (LeRoy) of Cresco, Dorothy Weida (Joe) of Traer, Mary Wenzel (Mike) of Oxford, Ohio, Tom Palmersheim (Patty) of Nashua, Pete Palmersheim (Connie) of Austin, Dan Palmersheim (Marian) of Marion, Roger Palmersheim (Patty) of New Hartford, Mike Palmersheim of Wabasha, Joe Palmersheim (Joanie) of Atkins, Ed Palmersheim of Cresco and Tim Palmersheim (Belinda) of Ankeny, Iowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
