She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Wichman and Huberta Wichman (McAleer); her husband John T. Burke; her children, Rose Nibaur and Dennis Burke; her siblings, Dorothy, Delores, Cephus, Edward, John, Joe, Jim and Robert; her grandchildren, Adam, Brian, Shelby, Christopher, Anthony and Abby; and her daughter-in-law Sue Burke.
She is survived by: her children, Ann O'Brien (Dennis) of Elma, John Burke of Cresco, Ed Burke (Kris) of Spillville, Joe Burke (Sandi) of Lime Springs, Pat Burke (Renee) of Elma, Gene Burke of Elma and Jeff Nibaur; her sisters, Madonna Einwalter of Marion and Margaret Regenold (Dick) of Fairbank, Iowa; and her siblings-in-law, Fran Burke of Cresco, Murley McAllister (Don) of Richland, Shirley Mihm of Dubuque, Iowa, Jim Burke (Judy) of Waterloo and Norbert Burke (Theresa) of Elma, Iowa. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren; 32 grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
