He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Potter and Agnes Potter (Johnson); his daughter Arlene Bugenhagen; and his grandchild Dean. He is survived by: his children, Tina Marie (Irvin Pickett), Thomas (Tammy Potter), Bruce Perkins, Lois Sanders, Paulette (Tim Hemann), Tim (Tonda Perkins), Dawn Edmonds, Donald Dean Jr. (Rachael Potter), Laine Riha, John (Lori Riha) and Toni (Brian Vrieze); his grandchildren, Joshua, Matthew, Christopher, Heather, Steven, Yvonne, Traci, Jessica, Jeremy, Chalis, Shane, Bryonna, Lillian, Gavin, Amanda, Jesse, Danielle, Taylor, Jordan and Brady; and his siblings, Dolores Badje, Carol Jo (Jack Schmidt), Sandra (Tony Mireles) and Rick (Linda Potter).
