She is survived by: her husband Merlyn Evans of Story City, Iowa; her children, Jeff Evans (Regina) of Ellsworth, Julie May (Ed) of Pawleys Island and Jayson Evans (Lori) of Ellsworth, Iowa; her brother Robert Hansel (Shirley) of Williams, Iowa; and her brother-in-law Dr. Marv Johnson.
