She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Hodges and Edna Hodges (Needham); her husbands, John Laube and Virgil Carter; her children, Cyndy Anderson, Donna Barkmeier, John Laube and David Laube; and her grandson William Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Mason and Lawana Egland; and her siblings, Linda Smith, Dale Hodges and Jim Hodges. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; more than 40 great-grandchildren; more than 20 great-great-grandchildren.
