She was predeceased by: her mother Sue Norem (Sampson). She is survived by: her father Marvin Norem of Ellsworth; her husband Doug Hocking of Ellsworth; her children, Mackenzi of Dallas, TX and Preston (Laine) of Sioux Falls, SD; and her siblings, Stephanie Nicholson and Keith Norem.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1629 Dewitt St, Ellsworth, IA 50075). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
