She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Kane and Forest Kane; and her brothers, Reginald Kane and Charles Robert Kane. She is survived by: her husband Elwood "Joe" Young; her son Joseph; her daughter-in-law Beth Young of New Orleans, LA; her son Robert; her daughter-in-law Debbie Young of Ellsworth; her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Lynn Young of Glenburn; her daughter Paula; her son-in-law Robb Egel of Lynchburg, VA; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Kane and Connie Pierce. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Even in the midst of Alzheimer's, she still proclaimed, "Jesus saves!".
