He was predeceased by: his parents, Zearl Hallcock and Loraine Hallcock (Kirby); his son Thomas Hallcock; and his siblings, Bill Hallcock and Bernadene Post.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberley Hallcock of Elliott, IA, Scott Hallcock of Corinth, MS and Geoffrey Hallcock of Laurens, IA; and his granddaughter Cheryl Hallcock. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
