She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Proctor and Dorothy Proctor; and her husband Larry Milner. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Milner (Janelle) of Red Oak, IA and Ann Frank; her grandchildren, Priscilla Milner, Chloe Milner, Haylee Frank, Mia Frank and Aiden Frank; her great grandchild Alec Cline; and her siblings-in-law, Gord Milner of Elliott, IA, Dick Milner (Karen) of Elliott, IA, Dorothy Nelson of Elliott, IA and Mary Ann Reynolds (Lyle) of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
