She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Sorenson and Kathryn Sorenson; her husband Henry Parmenter; her brother John Sorenson; her sons, Dennis Parmenter and Mark Parmenter; her son-in-law Jim Warrington; and her grandson George Parmenter.

She is survived by: her children, John Henry Parmenter (Teresa), Kathy Warrington and Roy Parmenter; her daughter-in-law Kathy Parmenter; and her grandchildren, Traci Kirtley (Brian), Kelly Sievers (Tony), Elizabeth Wagner (Taz), Sandy Jane Morlang (Shannon), John Parmenter Jr., Eric Parmenter (Kelsey) and Michelle Johnson (Matthew). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to The Ronald McDonald House in honor of her near daily trips to McDonalds.
