He is survived by: his wife Janet Wilson (Wilson) of Prairie City; his children, Daniel Phelan (Adriana), Laurie Phelan (Carla Cain), Franci Phelan (Randal Peters) and Teri Phelan-Ruden (Jeff Ruden); his siblings, Ann and William Phelan (Sara); his sisters-in-law, Mary Lee Phelan and Jana Phelan; and also Pat.
