She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Lathrop and Laura Lathrop (Shilling); her husband Harold Junior Wright; her son Donald; her siblings, Cheryl Lathrop, Tammy Lathrop, Harold Lathrop, Jay Southward, Kenny Myers and Donald "Skeet" Lathrop; and her daughters-in-law, Amy Wright and Becky Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Rob Wright (Christina) of Huxley, Steven Wright (Latisha) of Keswick, Michael Wright (Amy) of Urbandale and Terry Wright (Johnny) of Corydon; her grandchildren, Presha Exline, Marton Wright (Samantha), Steven Wright (Jessica), Jerusha Provost (Steven), Jimmie Riggen (Josh), Shane Wright (Julie Bentley), Lidia Wright, Alex Wright, Lauren Sickles (Austin), Elijah Wright, Hollie Fischer (Clayton), Haley Greenfield, Ashley Highland-Mason, Emma Cochran and Madison Bennett; and her siblings, Deb Myers, Eddie Lathrop, Kathy Southward and Dale Lathrop. She is also survived by 27 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Elkhart Cemetery Elkhart Cemetery (531 E Walnut St, Elkhart, IA 50073). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Iles Grandview Park Chapel (3211 Hubbell Ave, Des Moines, IA 50317). A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the Cemetery - Elkhart Cemetery (531 E Walnut St, Elkhart, IA 50073).
