She was predeceased by: her mother Day; her son Steven Joseph Bergan; her parents-in-law, Thomas and Nelly Bergan; and her stepfather-in-law William Bjerke.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard; her children, Jeanice Reimer (James), Sheila Bergan, Kevin Bergan (Amy Jo), Patrick Bergan (Charlene), Terry Bergan, Erin Bloomquist (Todd) and Ryan Bergan (Bobbie); her sisters, Karen Recker (Jerry), Helen Harford Weber and Mary O'Brien-Pritchard (Leslie Pritchard); and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Roach, Catherine Thornton and Michael Bergan (Ruth). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
She was overjoyed to attend her 60th class reunion in June, which had been postponed due to the pandemic.
