He was predeceased by: his parents, William Horn and Viola Horn; and his brother Bill Horn. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Horn; his children, Michael Horn (Shelly) and Autumn Hall (Al); his grandchildren, Brandon, Bailee, Ryann and Austin; and his great grandchildren, Leslee and Charlee.
