He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Schutte and Ruby Schutte (Duncan); his wife Bertha "Janie" Roete; his children, Lori Riha (John), Lee Schutte (Lisa) and Lonny Schutte (Monica); and his siblings, Floyd, Jim Schutte, Elsie Busta (Joe), Scarlett Stansbery (Duane), Caroll, Gerald and Paul. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
