He is survived by: his wife Wava; his daughter Jeri Herrera (Manuel) of Lincoln, NE; his son-in-law James Shea of Longwood, FL; his grandchildren, Tanya Parmele (Gerik) of Columbia, MO, Jeremy Herrera of Iowa City, IA, Joel Herrera (Sarah), Michael Shea, Danielle Shea and Sheridan Shea (Chad DeLong); his siblings-in-law, Barbara Petersen of Ankeny, IA and Dale Peterson of Lincoln, NE; and his great grandchildren, Vienne, Riis Parmele, Max, Lily Herrera, Olive and Ivy Herrera. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
