He is survived by: his wife Janet Larsen of Elk Horn; his children, Amy (David Hoffmann) of Walnut, Jerod Jensen (Jennifer) of Earlham and Corey Jensen (Tanya) of Waukee, Iowa; his grandchildren, Hillary (James Shughart), Travis Hoffmann, Ellie Hoffmann, Alexis Jensen, Skyler Jensen, Maizie Jensen and Cora Jensen; his great grandchildren, Hunter Shughart and Jalynn Shughart; and his sister Verlene Childs of Elk Horn.
