He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Necker and Betty Necker (Danehy); his nieces and nephews, Tammie Tryon, Kenneth Necker, Nikki Beaulieau and B. J. Beaulieau; and his siblings, Barbara Johnston, Dale Necker, Mary Galer, Ben Blakeslee and Billy Jo Necker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lee Necker (Carol) of Newark, CA and May Berry (Don) of Waterloo. He is also survived by his parents, brothers, sisters and his many nieces and nephews.
Due to state and federal guidelines on gatherings regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing is required. Those in attendance are required to wear a mask.
