He is survived by: his sons, Thomas O'Hara (Susan) of Waukesha, WI., Richard O'Hara (Julie) of South Elgin, Michael O'Hara (Michele) of Plano and Timothy O'Hara (Julie) of Lake Zurich; and his grandchildren, James, Dillon, Rachel, Shannon, Lauren and Allison.
