She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Charles, Elizabeth Loussaert, Howard, Margaret Moeller, John, Jean Welch, Lewis, Eleanor Timmons and Robert Carney, Sr.; and her great-uncles and great-aunts, Colleen Moeller, Lori Welch, Marlene Welch, Robert, William Loussaert, Randy Denner and John Hansen.

She is survived by: her parents, Ryan Carney and Amanda Moeller Carney; her brothers, Logan and Zach; her grandparents, Glen, Kathy Moeller, Long Grove, Rob, Barb Carney and Milan; her cousins, Sean Moeller (Maggie), Megan Conger (Justin), Shawn Carney and Jennifer Versluis (Matt); and also, Dylan, Sloane, Reece, Presley, Annabelle, Madison and Grace.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to establish a memorial in Zoey's honor at a later date.
