William F. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Tubbs (Dyer) and Edward L. Tubbs. He is survived by: his wife Linda Zoe Long; his daughters, Aimee Tubbs of Seattle, WA, Anne Olson (Matt) of Urbandale, IA and Alisa Sleep (Joseph) of Verona, WI; his grandchildren, Clara, Nolan, Ella Olson, Ava, Nora and Jacob Sleep; and his brothers, Steve Tubbs (Chris) of Delmar, IA and Al Tubbs (Myrna) of DeWitt, IA.. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, along with many great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the North Scott Rotary Foundation or the North Scott Educational Foundation.
