He is survived by: his parents, Allen Wigans and Carol Wigans (Klit) of Newton, IA; his wife Margie Palmer of Eldridge; his children, Mikaela Hoover of Eldridge, Zachary Wigans of Davenport and Patrick Wigans of Aledo, IL; his granddaughter Ariel of Grandview, IA; and his siblings, Tracy Sill (Verlyn) of Clive, IA and Timothy Wigans (Lynn) of Cedar Rapids, IA..
A reception will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home (644 River Dr, Bettendorf, IA 52722).
