She is survived by: her husband Robert Milota; her children, Troy Milota, Robin Schilling, Leslie Hepting (George) and Chad Milota (Brenda); and her grandchildren, Alexis Hepting, Bailey Hepting, Andrew Milota, Benjamin Milota, Sam Schilling, Claire Schilling, Gabriel Milota and Grant Milota.

Memorials may be made in Marlene's name to Scott County Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
