He was predeceased by: his father Allen Owens. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Owens (Cornett); his sister Dawn Thompson (John) of National Harbor, MD; his nieces and nephews, Cori Thompson (Nayeem Qadir), Seth Thompson and Andrew Thompson; and his great-nephews, Zayn and Aiden. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and extended family.
